What impressed me most was how considerate Charlie was of my home and my time, offering helpful suggestions while always respecting my preferences. The photographer was also fantastic, and Charlie was wonderfully attentive throughout the photoshoot, ensuring every detail was captured perfectly. On top of all that, he was so friendly and approachable, making the whole process feel comfortable and even enjoyable.
