• Arrange for a detailed inventory, schedule of condition and check in, including photographs by a professional inventory clerk.
• Prepare a detailed Tenancy Agreement which is bespoke to each landlord’s requirements.
• Collect a security deposit of 5 weeks of the monthly rental and register it with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).
• We accompany all letting viewings and are available to fit around our applicants so evening and weekend viewings are not a problem.
