TENANCY MAINTENANCE REPORTING
If you are a tenant of HW Estate Agents you can report any fault, problem or maintenance in your rental property.
Simply click on the relevant problem or fault and provide a detailed description, photos and your address.
Someone from our maintenace team will be in touch to arrange the visit for the repair.
OUT OF HOURS EMERGENCIES
Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm & Saturdays 9.30am – 4pm

Please note should you make an emergency call out and it not be deemed an emergency you will be liable for the cost. Also, if the emergency contacts are dialled during working hours this may delay the call out as the office must know first.
In circumstances of extreme emergencies for example a fire, please contact the emergency services.
